RATES

Fitness Consultation: $50.00 (45min Video Call for guidance and advice).

Product Rates can be tailored to suit your budget, but the following can be used as a general guideline:

  • 6-week program, 2 training sessions/week: $595.00
  • 6-week program, 3 training sessions/week: $895.00

(Based on a rate of approx. $50/session. These packages include a customized program with weekly updates and One-on-One personal training)

PRODUCTS

Instead of using a "one size fits all" approach to fitness, I design training plans tailored to fit you. Not sure how to describe what you want? No problem! Check out these exciting programs, all of which can be customized according to your particular goals, needs, time, and budget:

Beginner Level (Gym membership & equipment is not necessary for participation at Beginner Level)

  • THE FOUNDATION (6-week basic training preparation/foundational principles)
  • THE OPTIMIZER Core & Mobility (6-week body conditioning)

Intermediate/Advanced Levels (Access to gym/training equipment is preferable)

  • THE BRAVE (7-week Functional Strength and Endurance) (Intermediate Level)
  • THE SPARTAN (8-week Lean & Mean training regime) (Advanced Level)

Focus Items (Access to free weights required for Booty Camp & Zoologist only)

  • THE CITIZEN (for Senior Citizens)
  • BOOT(Y) CAMP (6-week focus on the Posterior Chain)
  • THE KINETIK EXPRESS (6-week beginner’s HIIT Sprint Program) (Pre-conditioning is required for this program)
  • THE ZOOLOGIST (Strength & Supra-Mobility) (Program under construction - Watch this Space!)

To achieve positive and lasting results, a program should take the following components into account: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, Balance & Mobility, Recovery and Nutrition. If any one of these is missing from your plan, the hard work you grind into the other components will be compromised. In addition to a well-designed and balanced program, thought also needs to be given to how the program will be integrated into the rest of your life; if the program fits in smoothly with the rest of your life, it’s easier for you to develop, and sustain, a habit of physical activity and health. KINETIK's products are based on a philosophy of Integrated Fitness which directs our approach to designing your fitness program, and considers how that program best fits into your daily life.
